Credvia provides a credit sales infrastructure platform that enables businesses to:

• Create and manage digital credit agreements
• Assess customer creditworthiness
• Automate payment reminders and collections
• Generate reports and analytics
• Integrate with existing business systems

We do not provide lending services or extend credit directly to customers. Our platform facilitates credit sales between businesses and their customers.

3. User Accounts

To use our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant us a limited license to use your data to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with Nigerian law.

11. Changes to Terms
